So here’s the crux of the matter, when you choose to live your life by “Devine Design” you will experience three(3) things in your life:

#1 Reduced Frustrations: You would be amazed with the number of people who, at the end of the day, feel like the Prophet Isaiah felt in Isaiah 49:4 when he said, ”I have labored for no purpose I’ve spent my strength in vain and for nothing.”  Trying to live-out your life without knowing exactly what god has created you to do is like driving in a fog, you can get through it, but it’s going to be slow & dangerous! That’s why Proverbs 29:18 says, “Without a vision the people perish.” Another translation put it this way: “Without a vision the people will lack discipline”  Which is to say, when you don’t know what God has called you to do, you’ll end-up wasting major time & energy.  But when you know who & what God has called you to be, the fiber & quality of your life will be satisfied!

#2 Increased Motivation: If you only knew and could see what God has in store for you, it would alter your attitude and paint positively your perspective on life. God said in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans that I have for you says the lord god, they are plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and a hope.” God is patiently waiting for you to uncover His plans for your life. God’s plans are so much: greater, better, mightier, and deeper than anything that you could ever imagine or dream for yourself.  And that’s why you ought to memorize Ephesians 3:20 which says, ” God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly and above all that we can think, ask or even imagine.”  This means, God is bigger than your old mentality, and stronger than your present reality!  The Apostle Paul said in Philippians 3:13, “I’m forgetting my past and looking forward to what lies ahead”… Paul had an incredible ability to stay focused on who God is, so he could fulfill God’s Devine Design for his life! Because, what God HAS for you… is not what God HAD for you.  Your Devine Design is never pended to a previous moment, but it’s always about what’s coming! And that should be your real motivation to press forward! No matter what life brings, whether laughter or tears, good or bad, it’s all pieces of God’s puzzle for your expected end.  If you trust God, you know that God is always cooking-up something good for your life!  Something that’s designed to deposit hope in your spirit and joy for your journey!  Never allow your challenges to run you off or scare you away, if God be for you, He’s more than the world against you!  And no weapon formed against you will be able to prosper!  Just keep your eyes fixed on your Devine Design, and everything will be alright! That’s why Charles Tindley wrote: “Encourage my soul and let us journey on, for the night is dark but it won't be very long, the morning light appears, and the storm is passing over, the storm is passing over,  Hallelujah!”  

#3 Secured Evaluation: Romans 14:10 Says, “We will all stand before God’s Judgment Seat”  It’s at that moment when each of us will receive a “Performance Review” from God based on what we did with what He gave us in this life.  In that moment, God will not ask you, why didn’t you preach like Pastor Curry, sing like a member of the choir or even pray like one of the Deacons; But you will be evaluated based on what you did with what you had!  God is going to want to know, what did you do with all of the: doors, opportunities, gifts, abilities, purpose, power, miracles, potential, possessions and Money that He gave you? So here’s the catcher, if you have not focused yourself enough to discover your Devine Design, you better get busy and discover it now.  He’s going to hold you accountable for reaching it whether you obtain it or not!
