Bro. Harrison PottsBro. Harrison Potts

A proud native of Chester, PA., Bro. Harrison Potts was born in February 1960.  He is the second of five children and oldest son born to Judy and Harrison Sr.

After completing his secondary education at Chester High School located in Chester,  Bro. Potts went on to pursue postsecondary education.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from West Chester University.

For the past 20 years, Brother Potts has thoroughly enjoyed a stellar career as a Project Manager with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

Brother Potts was exposed to Omega while attending West Chester University.  Although at the time, Brother Potts was not aware that two influential members of his family, both deceased, (cousin Noble Potts – Beta 1974 and Great Uncle Leon Hill – Mu Omega 1936) were men of Omega.  Brother Potts credits his line Brother Kenny Browning with introducing him to Omega.  Brother Potts was initiated into Omega on Saturday, April 19, 1980.  He became a Life Member in 2000.  In January 1999, the brothers of the Epsilon Pi Chapter bestowed upon him the Omega Man of the Year Award for his relentless efforts, leadership, and hard work.

As an undergraduate, Brother Potts become a neophyte Basileus and earnestly began his transition into the Omega man he is today. He began attending District and National conferences where he learned that Omega was much more then he ever imagined. Brother Potts is an active member of Epsilon Pi Chapter located in Chester and has served as Vice Basileus and Basileus.  He has served on several committees within the chapter and has been the Deputy Corridor III Representative for the past 8+ years and has been a member of the Corridor III Membership Selection Team for over 10+ years.

It was in 2008 that Bro. Potts was asked to become the 2nd District Membership Selection Chairman, a position that he holds dear to his heart.  Brother Potts believes the future of Omega is intrinsically connected to the Membership Selection process. It is every Brothers duty to find men who will do the right thing when no one else is looking.

In the words of our dear founder Brother Edgar A Love “Mediocrity is fine, but not in Omega!”
